Having read the first post I was pleasantly surprised at how good this actually is.
This isn't generic it's just a sparse, simple melody over a nice clean bass riff. And it's not miserable.
There are no overweight women in the video ( the OP is mistaking voluptuousness with obesity) there any number you would die for but they are mainly used for decoration.
