I am not sure what her most overrated is as I never feel Kylie gets the attention she deserves. Perhaps Can't get you out of my Head as although its as great tune she has other songs that are better yet this one defines her.

For me her most underrated is It's No Secret. For me its her best single released in the eighties yet it never gets the attention it deserves. Its always all about I Should be so Lucky and The Locomotion.
